East Riding of Yorkshire Council have introduced Evolutive to their Business Investment Services team allowing them to reap the benefits of using Evolutive and three new modules: Questionnaire, E-Newsletter and Event Manager.

The Questionnaire module will allow East Riding of Yorkshire Council to design their own surveys and questionnaires, which can then be automatically emailed to relevant contacts. The unique design allows the recipients to fill out the form online, through a secure link from the email. This replaces the traditional method of posting questionnaires which, historically, gives poor response rates. Survey results can then be analysed with a special reporting tool.

The E-Newsletter module allows e-Newsletters to be created and designed. The existing marketing functionality enables easy distribution of the newsletter to groups or individuals within East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s contact list.

The Event Manager module provides a facility for the management of East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Events, utilising the CRM tools already within Evolutive. The module allows an event to be organised within the system. Invitations can be sent out and an intended attendee list produced. Once the Event has been completed, actual attendees can be recorded and a complete archive of all events is maintained. These can be used to generate invitation lists to events in the future.
